If Positive feedback
| If by phone (0979380523): Client may disclose who they are or may choose to be anonymous | – Response is by phone call/Text, unless client chooses another mode of receiving the response |
| If verbal submission in person | – Present your case – A response is provided right there and then verbally unless client chooses another mode of receiving the response |
| If a written submission | – A response will be provided in writing within two working days |
