If Positive feedback

If by phone (0979380523): Client may disclose who they are or may choose to be anonymous– Response is by phone call/Text, unless client chooses another mode of receiving the response
If verbal submission in person– Present your case
– A response is provided right there and then verbally unless client chooses another mode of receiving the response
If a written submission– A response will be provided in writing within two working days

If Negative feedback eg a complaint

If by phone (0979380523): Client may disclose who they are or may choose to be anonymous– Response is by phone call/Text, unless client chooses another mode of receiving the response
If verbal submission in person or written submission– Present your case
– Depending on the case, you may be given an appointment for another meeting
– Feedback is then provided in writing
– If issue is addressed and client is satisfied, they should indicate in writing
– If not satisfied, the way forward is determined, until the matter is resolved
